Private Supply Network (PSN)

The e-automate PSN (Private Supply Network) opens a new world of interactive possibilities! Connect to trading partners via the Internet and use PSN to transmit purchase orders and receive acknowledgements from vendors.

How Electronic Order Processing Works
1. Build a purchase order in e-automate.The software generates the purchase order in the manufacturer's format and transmits it to the PSN.
2. The PSN routes the purchase order to the appropriate manufacturer.
3 .The manufacturer sends an electronic acknowledgment back through the PSN.
4. Receive the acknowledgment in e-automate. The purchase order information is automatically updated with the acknowledgment number(s) and ship date(s).
