We offer several LIVE webinar choices each month. These webinars are presented by one of our experienced Trainers. One of the great advantages of these courses is that you have the opportunity to ask questions of the trainer during the instruction. We invite any and all questions during a webinar. If the question is not part of the current topic, questions are answered at the end of the session. A few of the topics are covered monthly (Cashbook Basics, Cashbook Extended, Accounts Receivable); others are presented every other month or quarterly. For a complete list of courses currently being offered, see the Training Calendar. The schedule is be updated the last week of every month to show upcoming classes. To register, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the name, company, and email of each registrant. We ask for a 24 advance registration in order to get you the login information in a timely manner.
Another valuable source of training are our Learning Videos. These are available in Customer Resource Center. Select Customer Login on the toolbar, then enter your ID and password; on the left you will see Learning Videos. The videos are organized based on our Training Course Guide, which is also available by clicking on Learning Videos (free) or Learning Videos. These are previously recorded webinars or videos that can be viewed as many times as you would like and at your convenience. We encourage you to PLAY, PAUSE, & PRACTICE as you view these.
